Only the values you or your AI assistant send in a tool call (slot start, length, service and price; waitlist entries as you type them - a name or nickname, your own id, wanted services, availability windows, travel minutes or distance, days since last visit, visit and no-show counts, text opt-in flag; business name, sender name, current time, wave size and timing, deadline, reply keyword, discounts; business type, hours of notice, waitlist size, staff minutes and hourly cost; refill targets, sign-up pace, incentive text; option names and numbers; cancellation dates, times, notice, prices, refilled flags and services; period label) and technical logs (timestamps, tool names, status and error codes). Use nicknames or ids for waitlist members - we do not ask for phone numbers, addresses or health information; please do not send them. No accounts, no profiles, no cookies, no tracking.
To compute the result you asked for, enforce rate limits, debug errors and prevent abuse. We do not use your data for advertising or model training.
Computed per request, nothing stored: tool inputs and results are processed in memory and discarded when the response is sent. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for no more than 30 days, then deleted.
We do not sell or rent personal data. Tool inputs and results pass through the AI assistant you use to call this service (for example Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT or Meta Muse), which handles them under its own privacy policy. Our hosting and logging provider (Cloudflare) processes requests on our behalf under contract. We disclose data only if required by law.
You choose what to send; avoid including details you do not want processed. Request access, correction or deletion, or ask a privacy question privately at support@magicteams.ai. We respond within 30 days.
This service is not directed to children under 13.
